Promoting Healthy Social Engagement of High-Net-Worth Individuals and Fostering the Next Generation of Business Leaders

Launch of our new business initiative: “Corporate Organization Activation” Consulting.

Based on our extensive experience and expertise in organizational management, our association has conducted four pitch events over approximately two years, focusing on refining pitch decks that capture investor interest and providing presentation coaching.

Our newly launched “Corporate Organization Activation” consulting service aims to create an open and transparent workplace culture by actively incorporating employees’ perspectives, encouraging constructive dialogue, and strengthening overall organizational capability.

While new business initiatives are typically driven by strategies formulated by management and executed by employees, this consulting service adopts a different approach. Centered on the creation of pitch decks?presentation materials structured around 13 key elements designed to attract investors?it fosters mutual respect and collaborative growth between employees and management.

We invite business leaders who aspire to grow alongside the changing times to contact us for further information.

Overview of Our Activities

The Cycle of Employment and Tax Contribution

Social revitalization ultimately means the regeneration and sustainable development of the Japanese economy.

The Japan Regeneration and Revitalization Promotion Organization (a General Incorporated Association) is committed to promoting sound asset protection and active social participation among high-net-worth individuals.

By “sound high-net-worth individuals,” we refer primarily to business owners in their 60s to 80s who have managed companies under challenging economic conditions and are commonly recognized as affluent. These individuals possess extensive experience and insight gained through years of corporate management.

We encourage such individuals to contribute to society by supporting and nurturing promising next-generation business leaders?referred to as “near-future executives”?through the sharing of experience-based knowledge as well as through financial support.

Our key activities include:

・Providing advice on asset protection, both domestically and internationally

・Introducing financial support schemes for near-future executives

・Offering financial assistance to facilitate and accelerate business development

・Delivering management support through experienced business leaders and various professional experts

Through this developmental process, near-future executives grow into sound high-net-worth individuals themselves and, in turn, assume the role of nurturing the next generation of business leaders. This creates a continuous cycle.

By expanding this cycle of employment creation and tax contribution, we aim to contribute to the regeneration and long-term development of the Japanese economy.

Our Philosophy

How Can a Stagnating Economy Be Revitalized and Sustained?

As Japan enters a super-aging society, the question of how to revitalize and grow a stagnating economy has become an issue of national survival.

What, then, is required for sustainable economic growth?

We believe the answer lies in two essential pillars: the cultivation of promising business leaders and the active social participation of sound high-net-worth individuals.

First, it is crucial to nurture those who aspire to become business leaders, as well as those who are currently striving in management roles, by providing them with experience-based knowledge and appropriate financial support.

Second, it is equally important to encourage social participation by business leaders in their 60s to 80s who, despite navigating the severe economic environment often referred to as Japan’s “lost 30 years,” have successfully managed enterprises and accumulated both substantial experience and economic strength?individuals commonly recognized as high-net-worth.

To connect these two pillars, we established the Japan Regeneration and Revitalization Promotion Organization as a general incorporated association.

With deep concern for the current state of our nation, and with a strong desire to enhance and revitalize the Japanese economy, we sincerely invite all like-minded individuals to join us in this endeavor. It is our heartfelt hope to receive your participation, cooperation, and guidance as we pursue this mission together.
